This Privacy Policy explains how Swish ("Swish", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our iOS app and related services.

Swish is a social guide app that lets users create, share, save, publish, and explore guides. Guides may include text, images, checkboxes, warnings, steps, and other user-generated content.
Users can keep guides private or publish guides so that other users can view, discover, save, or share them, depending on the features available in the app. Swish does not provide user comments or direct messaging.
We collect the following types of information depending on how you use Swish.
Account information
When you sign in using Sign in with Apple, we may receive and store your Apple-provided user identifier, your name if you choose to share it, your email address (which may be your real address or an Apple private relay address), and authentication tokens needed to keep you signed in securely. We do not receive your Apple ID password.
Profile information
If you create or edit a profile, we may collect information you choose to provide, such as username, display name, profile photo, bio or profile description, creator profile details, and follower and following relationships.
Guide and user-generated content
We collect content you create, upload, publish, save, or interact with in Swish, including guide titles and descriptions, guide steps, text content, checkboxes, warnings, categories and tags, photos and images uploaded to guides, private and published guides, saved guides, and follows, saves, shares, reports, blocks, search activity, and other app interactions. Published guides and public profile content may be visible to other users.
Saved guides
Users may save guides created by other users. If the author of a guide makes that guide private, deletes the guide, or deletes their account, the guide may be removed from other users' saved guides and may no longer be accessible to those users. Saving a guide does not give the saving user ownership of that guide or a permanent right to access it.
Search activity
Swish allows users to search for guides and content within the app. We may process search queries and related interaction data to provide search results, improve relevance, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.
Photos and image uploads
Swish may request access to your photo library so you can select and upload images to guides. We only upload images that you choose to add to Swish. Uploaded images are stored using Firebase Storage and may be linked to your account, guide, or profile. We do not scan or upload your entire photo library.
Camera access and eye tracking
Swish may request access to your camera if you choose to use eye-tracking features. Eye tracking is processed on your device. We do not store or upload camera footage, facial images, biometric templates, eye-tracking data, gaze data, or camera frames to our servers.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, we may collect and store a device push notification token so we can send you app-related alerts. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
Device, usage, and technical information
We may collect limited technical information needed to operate, secure, debug, and improve Swish, such as device type and operating system, app version, crash logs, diagnostic information, server logs, IP address as part of normal server operation, and dates and times of app activity.
Reports, moderation, and support requests
If you report content, block a user, contact support, or submit a complaint, we may collect your account details, the reported content or user, the reason for the report, messages or files you send to us, and moderation actions taken.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your photos, guides, private content, camera data, or eye-tracking information to train artificial intelligence models unless we clearly ask for your permission first and update this Privacy Policy.
You control whether a guide is private or published, where Swish provides that option. Private guides are intended to be visible only to you, subject to necessary access by our systems and service providers to operate, secure, back up, and support Swish.
Published guides, public profile information, and public interactions may be visible to other users. If you make a published guide private, Swish will remove that guide from other users' saved guides where technically possible. However, we cannot control content that other users may have already copied, screenshotted, shared outside Swish, or cached before the guide was made private.
Service providers
We use third-party service providers to operate Swish, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, Cloud Functions for Firebase, and Apple for Sign in with Apple, App Store distribution, and push notification delivery. These providers may process information on our behalf so they can provide their services to us.
Other users
When you publish content or interact publicly in Swish, relevant information may be visible to other users, such as your username, profile details, guides, images, follows, saves, shares, or other public activity.
Legal, safety, and enforcement
We may disclose information where we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with law, regulation, or legal process; enforce our Terms of Use or Community Guidelines; investigate security, abuse, fraud, or harmful activity; or protect the rights, safety, and property of users, the public, or us.
Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, restructure, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected.
We use Firebase and Google Cloud services to store and process app data, including account records, guide data, uploaded images, saved guides, reports, search-related records, and technical information. Firebase and Google Cloud may process and store information in locations outside Australia.
We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Security measures may include authentication controls, Firebase Security Rules, access controls, encrypted network connections, and monitoring and abuse prevention. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can delete your account in Swish. When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your account information and associated data from active systems, including your guides and images stored in Firebase Storage, unless we are required or permitted to keep certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement reasons.

Some information may remain for a limited time in backups, logs, or security records. Backups and logs are retained for up to 30 days, unless we are required to retain information for a longer period. Deleting Swish from your device does not automatically delete your account — you must use the in-app account deletion option or contact us at Support@cinny.com.au.
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed to provide Swish, operate our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect users. As a general guide:
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, delete your account and associated information, withdraw permissions such as photo library, camera, or notification access, object to or restrict certain processing, or complain to a privacy regulator.
You can manage iOS permissions in your device settings. You can request access, correction, or deletion by using Swish's settings or contacting us at Support@cinny.com.au. We may need to verify your identity before actioning some requests.
Swish is not intended for children under 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to use online social services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where parental consent is required. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate consent, contact us at Support@cinny.com.au.
We are based in Australia, but our service providers may process and store information in other countries. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live. By using Swish, you understand that your information may be processed in Australia and other countries where we or our service providers operate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as through Swish, by email, or by updating the policy date. Your continued use of Swish after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy, to the extent permitted by law.
